What are the Benefits of Driver Training

What are the benefits of driver training for your organisation?

There are real savings to be realised through training investment. For example, by introducing your drivers to eco driving techniques you could see an increase in your vehicle’s MPG. If your drivers embraced the techniques you could also see a reduction in tyre and brake wear and tear, reducing your servicing costs.

How much stress does it cause your managers every time they have to deal with an accident involving one of your drivers? Time spent resolving post incident events is less time spent managing core business. It is an unnecessary distraction which costs your business time and money. What if you could reduce this cost by identifying the top ten drivers responsible for the majority of your at work driving incidents and provide them with the training and development they need to help reduce their liability.

The initial training investment for driver training may not seem affordable or even a priority. However, how much money would you save if your fleet drivers increased their mpg by 5%, or if you reduced the number of accidents/incidents your drivers are involved in v the cost of my driver training?

Research the savings different organsiations claim you can make on your fuel bills and then think how much benefit a 5% fuel saving would have for your organisation.

Research how much a minor damage only accident actually costs you. You maybe surprised. Then think about how much you will save if you reduced this liability by targeting your training investment on the drivers responsible.

Driver training can benefit your organisation and save you money.

Finally, not all driver training organisations are the same. I am your single point of contact. I do not subcontract to other trainers. I am flexible in my approach and work with you to meet your needs and not mine.
