On Thursday 16th April 2015 I attended the Driving Instructors Association training day about driver behaviour. The course examined human factors in driving, along with risk taking including what motivates us, individual differences and influencing driver behaviour.
Driver training is moving away from the traditional skills based approach more towards driver behaviour. For example, why do we speed and why are some drivers predisposed to road rage.
