Get involved with safety. My area of expertise is in driver training. My role is to help keep drivers who drive as part of their work safe. Its really easy to think about and then implement a road safety policy. Get your drivers and staff who have responsibility for managing your road safety involved. Ask them what the think. Get back to basics! Implement and manage your policies. Review and keep up to date with emerging health and safety guidance and best practice. If you're not sure then ask someone who knows.
