Everyone Welcome!

Coming soon…

In any profession, including the driver training industry, you need to have a solid foundation upon which to build. Hopefully, you initial training helped you to build these foundations.

However, if you want to be the best trainer you can be then your initial training programme was only the start. Think of your training to become an ADI as your foundation course.

When you were training to become an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) you may have felt overwhelmed at times by the amount of learning required to qualify. The good news is now you are qualified you can continue to develop your understanding of the key skill sets you need to keep developing to be an effective driving instructor at your pace.

Other professions have ongoing training programmes post qualification. Driver training should be no different. Post Foundation Courses (PFC) provide you with an opportunity to top up your professional skill set, learn new things and develop you existing knowledge.

I will be offering one to one online post foundation courses using Zoom very soon.

More details will follow about the Post Foundation Courses I will be offering.
