Have you thought about completing a Fleet Safety Gap Analysis or wondered what one was?
The Occupational Road safety Alliance (ORSA) have put together a 10 question gap analysis review which is very easy to complete. The questions require nothing more than a yes, no or moving forward answer. However, as you read the questions you may recognise gaps in your own organisation's polices and may well come across some areas you have not considered before.
Once you have competed the survey you will receive an email which gives you a risk grade and some very useful information which expands upon the questions you answered.
