Coaching for driver development

Just got back from attending module 2 of the Btec course coaching for driver development. Interesting day with a lot of new information and techniques to think about and develop. I have always believed that it is important to move forward, to challenge what we do and explore new ways of training. The more I know and understand the more effective the training I deliver will be.
